How do I place a ticket order?

You can Fax your ticket order to (863) 834-8125. When faxing your order, be sure to include the performance name, date, time, number of tickets, price range, seating area (i.e., orchestra, mezzanine, balcony, etc.). Your order should also include your name, address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date and name on card.

Please make all checks payable to The Lakeland Center. Include your driver license number and phone number on the check. 

Orders received seven working days prior to the event will be mailed at the customer's request. All remaining orders will be held at The Lakeland Center Will Call window and are available 90 minutes before show time. Remember when ordering by phone, fax, mail or online please specify any special seating needs due to disabilities.

Please be aware a $3.00 handling fee will be applied to all phone, mail and fax orders. Also, ticketmaster does add service charges when ordering by phone or on the internet.

Where do I pick up tickets ordered by phone?

Tickets purchased by phone that are designated for "Will Call" will be ready at The Lakeland Center Box Office Will Call window 90 minutes prior to the start of the event. The confirmation # and picture I.D. is required of the person that ordered the tickets.

Do all events have a service charge?

Some events have service charges that range from $1.00 to $5.00.  There is no service charge if the event is being held at The Lakeland Center and the tickets are purchased at our Box Office. Remember, ticketmaster does charge a service fee when ordering by phone or on the internet.

Are discount tickets available?

The Lakeland Center offers special discounts to students and seniors (age 55  or above) to selected performances. Groups of 20 or more may also receive discounts to most shows by calling (863) 834-8137.

Is there Accessibility seating?

Seating is available for persons with mobility, hearing or visual impairments on the lower level in the Youkey Theater and, depending on the event, on both levels of the Jenkins Arena. When ordering tickets, be sure to tell the Box Office staff or of your seating needs.

What method of payment can I use?

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, cash and local checks are accepted.

What is a Child Ticket?

All patrons, ages two years old and up must have a ticket for any event.

Children under two years old do not need a ticket, but must sit on an adult's lap.
